Wedding Cake..cake..we all love cake

Wedding Cake Flower Decor

The traditional staple wedding cakes have been, almond cake, fruit cake or baci cake. Now, if you are anything like me and do not particularly enjoy any of the above, may I suggest breaking with tradition.

The options are endless, from cake pops to cupcakes, to a multi-tiered cake or a cake sculpture, you may have any kind of cake your heart or rather, your taste buds desire. You might have a favourite family recipe, which a bespoke baker and cake crafter will be more than happy to make and decorate to your specifications. You will need to specify any allergies or intolerances as well as any dietary preferences with your wedding planner.

My personal favourites are, moist carrot and caramel cake, decadent dark chocolate cake, smooth red velvet cake and yummy light lemon cake. Yes I Love cake.

Any cake may be decorated in the traditional style or any other style you may choose. You can even have a rainbow cake looking perfectly elegant on the outside and bursting with colour and fun on the inside. Whichever direction you choose to take, it is important to have an impeccable looking cake which tastes sumptuous, moist and delicious. No one will want to throw this cake around.
