Legal paperwork for UK citizens

By Alexia Azzopardi on 13th February 2020in Blog
Getting married in Malta

Good news is always welcomed and this morning we have been given a massive one, which will be brought to the attention of all British citizens who will be getting married in Malta this year.

Despite Brexit and all that is has brought with it, including the extra paperwork required for those couples who are choosing a destination wedding, Malta has been somewhat forgiving and has just passed a memo to waive the apostille on all the documents required for 2020 starting the new procedure of legalising documents with the apostille as of January 2021.

We remain at the disposal of all those who wish to come forward and ask any questions in relation to this news.
