This year has been a reflection of everything that we have experienced, the obstacles we have gone through post Covid and the many postponed destination weddings, which did happen this year. The challenges that have tested our creativity and our commitment to creating weddings that turned into lifelong memories for our couples. We want to take a moment to reflect on this past year and share our thoughts about how it has helped us better ourselves on the job.

We met so many amazing people from all over the world who are passionate about destination weddings. We connected with new wedding vendors, photographers, florists and other suppliers who made each couple’s dream wedding come true. A huge thank you goes to all of you for being so supportive, for listening to our crazy ideas and for making each wedding count.

Furthermore, we had the opportunity to attend some of the most beautiful weddings which we saw being created in front of our own eyes. This experience has enabled us to grow as professionals and develop new ideas and get even more creative.

We are incredibly grateful for all of the support that we have received from our families this past year. They are always there when we need them, understanding when we don’t have time for them due to our hectic schedules during the peak wedding season, ready with a listening ear when needed and constantly providing words of encouragement throughout all of life’s ups and downs!

We also went through an emotional rollercoaster ride when earlier this year we lost a true friend, a gentleman and a legend. Ian Lang (Langy) you will be remembered for your positive energy, your big fat smile and your love towards others. You are a big part of who we are today and we are grateful to be able to treasure some great memories together. You are deeply missed by Tiziana, myself and the Wed in Malta team and vendors.

As 2022 comes to a close, we want to take this opportunity to thank every single person who has been part of this journey with us, you all know who you are. Without you guys none of this would be possible so thank you! Here’s looking forward towards 2023 as hopefully it will bring more successful events and even more incredible opportunities!
