They will make sure you don’t miss any important details, and coordinate everything smoothly with all of the vendors on-site at one time!  Planners put together every aspect before hand so there is less chance that anything could go wrong during such an important day

Many couples are making the mistake to hire an on the day coordinator to do the planner’s job and they are being driven by these organisers to take them on. It saddens me as frankly there are those who should stick to what they can do and let the professionals do the rest. Transparency with the couples is key and one should be open on what they can or cannot do.
