The very first step when getting to choose the theme for the wedding is to have a colour palette in mind, which sets the tone for the rest really.
As the weather gets warmer, days grow longer and nights get balmy, making it perfect for outdoor weddings. Malta has many venues that offer great outdoor spaces for entertaining. Today I want to focus on a romantic, floaty draped décor. I have always had a love for tents, draped materials over frames to give an open tented canopy feel.
Intrinsically beautiful – getting married in Gozo
We have all heard about the Azzure window in Dwejra Gozo, how mother nature created this natural beauty and equally destroyed it within seconds. It is indeed sad, however Gozo is not just about the Azure window, it offers much more than just this and if you are looking for paradise in the Mediterranean than Gozo is the place for you.
I have been in love with this beauty, ever since i stepped into this charming 500 year old Palazzo a couple of years ago. I remember being greeted by a lovely gentleman, who also happens to be the owner of this Palazzo, situated in the heart of the village of Qormi. He presented me and my colleague with fresh pomegranate juice from the trees within the grounds of the property.
Snotty noses, greasy handprints, screams, tears and meltdowns, yes having kids at a wedding can be a challenge.
This can be borne with fortitude, patience and immense self- control, or you can have a wedding which caters for children.
A wedding is always a special event, be it a small intimate event, low key and casual, a large party, a sit down meal, or a week of celebrations; everyone wants their wedding to be ‘just perfect’, a reflection of who they are and HASSLE free.
